BREAKING NEWS:

Michigan State Party Chairman Saul Anuzis has sent letters to CRNC Chairman Eric Hoplin, out-going Michigan State Chairman Ryan Cassin and the Republican National Committee stating that Sam Moore is the new and rightful chairman of the Michigan College Republicans. This comes as a serious blow to the Gourley campaign, which was counting on the Michigan delegate votes.

Bottom line: The Michigan GOP now recognizes someone other than Ryan Cassin as Michigan College Republican chairman.

More coming tonight with a complete run-down of what happened.

Once again, the CRNC Truth Caucus is the leading source of CR news.

Today, yet another syndicated columnist endorses Michael Davidson.

Ben Shapiro, the “genius” Townhall conservative columnist, goes after Paul “Lapel Pin” Gourley for his mis-handling of the College Republican fund-raising scandal. [Link]

For those of you who’re a little more voyeuristic, Mr. Shapiro has an ill-updated blog at [Link]
